- First we want to download Language Interface Pack in following microsoft website.So click Download
- Click the Setup then Software will Install
- Click Next Button
- Click Next Button and software will install
- Click Finish
- Select Tamil
- Then Click Change display Language Then click Logoff
- Now Change Windows7 in Tamil
